Welcome to neurofeedback 2BZEN , where your journey to holistic healing begins
In my approach to Health & Healing, I am deeply committed to uncovering the root causes of pain—whether physical, emotional, or mental. I believe that true healing starts from within, and through this understanding, I aim to empower individuals to take control of their well-being and make informed, proactive decisions toward optimising their health.
With over 22 years of experience as a registered physiotherapist specialising in chronic pain management, and as a certified yoga teacher and Pranic Healer since 2017, I have gained a profound understanding of the intricate connection between the BODY/BRAIN, MIND & SOUL. I approach each client’s healing journey with compassion, curiosity, and a holistic mindset.
My Journey
As an Advanced Brain Trainer with NeurOptimal®, I chose the NeurOptimal® system for its effectiveness and user-friendly interface, making it accessible for clients to benefit from this transformative brain training. Today, I have the privilege of guiding individuals toward greater mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being through this powerful tool.
Additionally, her focus and memory significantly improved—she’s reading much better now—and her sensory processing became more balanced. She no longer gets overwhelmed by excessive sensory input. This profound transformation inspired me to dive even deeper into the world of Neurofeedback.
My career began in physiotherapy in 2002, but over the years, I felt called to explore additional healing modalities to expand my ability to support others. As I embraced yoga and the power of somatic movement, I began to understand how deeply our bodies hold the key to both physical and emotional wellness. This path led me to Pranic Healing, a powerful energy-based modality that teaches how we can directly influence our energetic states to restore balance and vitality.
In addition to these practices, the discovery of Neurofeedback brain training has profoundly transformed how I approach brain health and wellness as part of my holistic approach. The breakthrough came when I started using NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback to help my daughter manage her drug-resistant epilepsy. Within the first three months of brain training, we saw remarkable changes—not only did her seizures decrease, but, to my surprise, her emotional regulation improved as well. This was an incredible, unexpected benefit!
